In a world overflowing with distractions and change, many of us feel a stirring in the core-a subtle rattling that reminds us of what is truly important.
Over these past few years, I have sat in deep contemplation, listening closely to the whispers of my souls deepest longing. In that time of silence, it became clear that it is time to offer energy sessions once more. To create spaces that are held with integrity and intention. so we may come together to move, breath, pray, and reconnect with the deepest parts of our beings.
What is Energy Work?
Energy work is the art of listening to the unseen currents that move through and around us. It is a gentle weaving of light, breath, and intention-an invitation for the body and spirit to remember their natural balance.
In this space, the subtle realms become the medicine. Ancient whispers, intuition, and earth-born wisdom guide the process as stagnant energies unwind and new pathways open. The work is gentle but powerful, like a tide washing over a shore, carrying away what no longer serves and revealing what has always been true beneath the surface.
During a session, the body is encouraged to rest deeply while the energetic field is soothed, cleared, and brought back into alignment. Many experience a letting go, a softening, and a sense of coming home to themselves.

A Session with the Howling Woman
is a journey into stillness and subtle transformation. Whether we meet in person or online, the space is crafted just for you-safe, sacred, and held with intention. Sessions will last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. One will rest comfortably on a table, while the I work with your energy field, your higher self, and your guides. The journey begins at your feet, calling the energy back to the earth, and continues slowly upward to the crown. Crystals are chosen intuitively for support in the healing. In addition, the elements are woven into the experience through grounding practices, breathwork, sound, and/or symbolic tools that help guide the energy where it is needed most.
During a session, you may notice sensations such as tingling, numbness, warmth, or a sense of drifting or floating. Some people may experience vivid imagery or dream like states; others feel more rooted and spacious during the session. Every session is unique to the person, and all is valid.
Before and after a session, it is important to drink lots of water and be gentle with oneself. Spending time in nature and journaling is highly encouraged.
